Please join us for our Annual Memorial Golf Tournament

LOCATION: Rolling Meadows
DATE: June 3, 2017 REGISTRATION: 11:00 am

TIME: Shotgun Start at 1:00 pm

ENTRY FEE: $115 / Golfer and includes full lunch and dinner, driving range, 18 holes with cart, awards ceremony, raffles and prizes. Each Golfer will be entered into a draw to win a signed Team of the Century Jersey.

Our Annual Golf Tournament is in honour of Kathy Tweedy and is one of our biggest fundraisers. Kathy Tweedy was a 16 year employee of Community Living Welland Pelham who was highly respected and an avid golfer. Kathy is remembered in the hearts and minds of the people we support and staff at Community Living Welland Pelham.
